Terms of Use

These Terms apply generally to SoftTruf websites, software, downloads and digital services, unless a particular product provides additional license or purchase terms. Please read any product-specific terms before use.

1. Agreement and permitted use

By accessing a SoftTruf site or product you agree to these Terms and applicable law. You may use products only as allowed by the accompanying license or subscription terms. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, circumvent security, introduce malicious code, or use our products for illegal purposes.

2. Copyright and intellectual property

Original software, design, branding, images, instructions and other materials remain owned by Salman Naseem / SoftTruf or their respective licensors. Access or payment does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. Copying, reselling, sublicensing or redistributing content requires permission or an express product license. Your own original content remains yours.

3. Purchases, licensing and third-party services

Product prices, delivery methods, device compatibility, license limits, cancellation rights, refund eligibility and support commitments may differ by product or marketplace. The applicable checkout or product license governs those details. Third-party services (such as hosting, app stores, identity providers or storage providers) also have independent terms.

4. Your content and backups

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you submit and for maintaining independent backups of important files. Cloud synchronization, local browser storage, exports and service availability can fail. Keep a usable backup and its password or recovery details in a secure location.

5. Availability, changes and warranties

We may improve, suspend or discontinue features as necessary. Unless a product-specific agreement provides otherwise, services are supplied on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.

6. Responsibility and legal limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SoftTruf is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruption, third-party failures or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or other liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

7. Updates, disputes and contact

We may revise these Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required. Applicable consumer protections and mandatory local laws continue to apply.
