Privacy Policy

General SoftTruf policies · Updated October 2026

This is SoftTruf's general privacy notice across our websites, software and digital services. The information a particular product needs will vary; product-specific disclosures describe any additional collection, Google permissions, payment processing or other special practices.

1. Who is responsible

SoftTruf, represented by Salman Naseem, provides this general notice for the relevant SoftTruf-operated service. To make a privacy request, use our Contact page. Where another platform is the provider or seller, its privacy notice may also apply.

2. Information we may process

Depending on the service, this can include contact and support messages, account identifiers, user-provided content, purchase or license details, and security or device diagnostics. Some products rely on browser-local storage; others may integrate an external sign-in or cloud service. We do not claim every product collects every category.

3. Why and how we use information

Where relevant, information is processed to deliver a requested service, manage accounts and purchases, provide customer support, protect systems from misuse, maintain records needed by law, and improve reliability. The legal basis (such as contract necessity, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligation) depends on the purpose and jurisdiction and must be identified in any product-specific notice where required.

4. Sharing and service providers

Data may be processed by suppliers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, support or storage, and by public authorities when legally required. We do not present such providers as owners of your content. A product that accesses Google data must disclose the exact permissions and use and follow Google's applicable user-data policies; the relevant product notice supplies those details.

5. Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system is completely risk-free. Retention varies according to the service, legal duties, support needs and account status; service-specific retention and deletion details must be presented when applicable. Files you export and copies stored in your own accounts may remain under your control.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete information, withdraw consent, or object to some processing. Contact us with a clear description of the service and your request. You may also have a right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies, integrations and external links

Websites and applications may use necessary cookies or browser storage to maintain sessions or preferences. Optional analytics, advertising cookies or cross-site tracking must be separately explained and handled with appropriate choices if used. External services have their own privacy practices.

8. Updates and further details

We review this notice when services or laws change. New products, sensitive processing or additional integrations may need a more detailed product-specific privacy notice before launch. Please check the current notice and any supplemental disclosures associated with the product you use.
